What brought you to work or get interested in the Congress’ fields?

I served as the representative of Poland to the General ­Assembly of DLMPS. This was, so to speak a formal reason. More ­importantly, I consider congresses of logic, methodology and philosophy of science as a very important forum of discussing and learning what is going on in logic (in the broad sense). I participate in these congresses since 1991.

What has your participation to the Congress brought you?

I learned very much about the state of art in logic. I met many old friends and found new ones. Moreover, I could deliver an extra lecture about Stanislas Leszczynski as a philosopher.

What is your opinion about your portrait?

It is very good. Anyway, what is more important than my own ­evaluation, my wife is very satisfied with it.
